Peruza believes that even time-tested technologies must be improved individually according to the company’s processes, so it constantly devotes resources to research and development in order to create better solutions for its customers.

What were the reasons of Odoo choice?

“We noticed that in all projects it became increasingly difficult to track the progress of all tasks. We used to have a business management system, actually several. However, the specifics of our work (projects are very different from each other) require a different, broader process that could be translated into a reliable business management system. As it became more and more difficult to keep track of all the information about the tasks, we decided to invest in the Odoo business management system, the functionality of which, with the help of Versada, justified our needs.”

One of the most important goals was to monitor the progress and costs of the project. Also, to be able to see a traceable process so that all parties involved can see the activity in one place, instead of accumulating it in several databases and people’s computers or something.

After thinking and choosing the right path together with the help of Versada, we have achieved an improved part of communication in the ERP system. We saw its benefits very quickly, as we can track orders placed and communicate with third parties. Versada helps a lot on the technical side because they know how the process works in the Odoo environment. Also, with the help of Versada, we have already achieved improvements in the administrative sector, where we have also implemented the Odoo ERP system. In the near future, we plan to measure other indicators such as cost reduction, production improvement to see how much Odoo ERP has helped us save in these areas.

We chose Odoo because of the possibility to adapt the process steps in the ERP system to our specific needs. Odoo allowed us to create a new approach to process management, based more on communication than on orders and records that could not be traced. Also, the Versada team gave me confidence. We are fortunate to have installers who are extremely knowledgeable about the Odoo ERP system, programming, and process optimization.

Features Implemented in Odoo:

AutoCad and Solidworks compatibility with Odoo;
Ability to monitor and manage the project from start to finish, Kanban process;
The ability to monitor the project task going through all stages: design, production, logistics, etc.;
Time management for each task, statistics and time forecasting/planning;
Project overview: progress, time, workload, time tracking.

We chose the Versada team because we made sure that they have extensive knowledge of the system and experience of other projects that match the specifics of our sector and work. Also, it was very important for us to find a common language, and we found it from the beginning.
