One of the most important goals was to monitor the progress and costs of the project. Also, to be able to see a traceable process so that all parties involved can see the activity in one place, instead of accumulating it in several databases and people’s computers or something.
After thinking and choosing the right path together with the help of Versada, we have achieved an improved part of communication in the ERP system. We saw its benefits very quickly, as we can track orders placed and communicate with third parties. Versada helps a lot on the technical side because they know how the process works in the Odoo environment. Also, with the help of Versada, we have already achieved improvements in the administrative sector, where we have also implemented the Odoo ERP system. In the near future, we plan to measure other indicators such as cost reduction, production improvement to see how much Odoo ERP has helped us save in these areas.
We chose Odoo because of the possibility to adapt the process steps in the ERP system to our specific needs. Odoo allowed us to create a new approach to process management, based more on communication than on orders and records that could not be traced. Also, the Versada team gave me confidence. We are fortunate to have installers who are extremely knowledgeable about the Odoo ERP system, programming, and process optimization.
